Program 01 · UAE Labour Law

The labour law course built for how the UAE actually works.

A practical, applied certification covering Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021, the 2025 amendments, MOHRE practice, and the contracts and disputes you'll handle in real life. Built for HR professionals, business owners, and in-house counsel who need to be right, not just informed.

Curriculum · 8 modules

Two days. Eight modules.
No filler.

Each module pairs the legal framework with real case studies from the UAE — actual MOHRE rulings, real contract disputes, and the kinds of decisions you'll be asked to make at work the following Monday.

Labour law in the UAE is moving fast. The companies that get it right will be the ones whose HR teams understand it deeply — not the ones with the prettiest policies.

Why this program

Practical. Current.
Built for the UAE.

There are dozens of UAE Labour Law courses. Most teach the law as it was written. Ours teaches it as it's actually applied — with real MOHRE cases, real contract problems, and a continuous-update model so you don't go stale six months after the certificate.

— 01

Real cases, not textbook law

Every concept is taught through real (anonymised) UAE employment scenarios. You learn by working through the kind of decisions you'll face at work.

— 02

Updated continuously

When MOHRE issues new guidance or the law changes, you get an alumni update. Your knowledge stays current — for life.

— 03

Small cohorts, real Q&A

Caps at 18 people. You can ask the messy, specific questions about your actual situation and get real answers, not generic textbook responses.

— 04

Templates & tools you'll use

You leave with editable contract templates, a termination checklist, a gratuity calculator, and a MOHRE-process flowchart. Use them on Monday.

Frequently asked

Things people ask us.

If your question isn't here, talk to an advisor — fifteen minutes, no commitment. We'll give you a straight answer about whether this program is the right fit for you.

Do I need a legal background to take this program?
No. The program is designed for HR professionals, business owners, and managers without a legal background, as well as lawyers refreshing their UAE knowledge. We start from the ground up and build to advanced applied scenarios.
Is the certificate recognised by my employer or for visa renewal?
The program is KHDA-accredited and CPD-certified. It's recognised across UAE corporate environments and counts toward CPD requirements for HR and legal professional bodies. It is not a visa-eligibility certification on its own.
What if I can't attend in person in Dubai?
The program runs hybrid — you can attend in person in Dubai or join live online from anywhere. All sessions are recorded and available for replay for 90 days. Q&A and assessments are accessible to both in-person and online attendees.
Can my company sponsor my attendance, or send a team?
Yes. We invoice corporate sponsors directly and offer volume pricing for teams of 4 or more. For teams of 8+, we run private corporate cohorts customised to your industry and operational reality. Talk to an advisor to scope a proposal.
What if the law changes after I take the program?
Alumni receive ongoing regulatory updates by email and in The KhaleejPro Brief whenever there's a meaningful change. We also run free quarterly alumni-only update webinars. Your knowledge stays current at no extra cost.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. We offer a 2-instalment payment plan for individuals at no extra cost. A limited number of partial scholarships are available each cohort for early-career HR professionals — talk to an advisor to apply.
